NOTE REGARDING FEES

All catering services will also be charged 7.5% sales tax unless a sales tax exempt form has been provided.

A plate charge of .65¢ per person will be added to the food cost if plates–china or silver–glasses and silverware are desired.

Server charges are not included in our costs itemized on the prior pages. Server charges are $2.00 per person with a minimum of $50. Bartender fees are $25 per hour with a minimum of $50. Kitchen carving station attendant, pasta station attendant fees are $50. A server gratuity of %18 will also be added to the bill.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. All fees and charges are due upon the day of services. A credit card (Visa or MasterCard) is required for any incidentals on the day of services.

Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit any deposit paid. All other cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation fee.
